As part of the initial Colorado rollout, the project required close coordination between a proven operating model and a new regulatory and construction environment.
The owner-side process connected site diligence, municipal approvals, design adaptation, budgeting, procurement, and field execution. That continuity helped keep the project moving as local requirements were reconciled with national brand standards.
Capital and coordination
The delivered restaurant became part of a broader market-entry program built on consistent execution across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
