The project required a commercial-scale storage program to sit comfortably within an island context where public presentation, landscape, logistics, and long-term material performance carry unusual weight.
The architecture concentrates glazing and brand identity at the customer entries, then uses vertical metal panels, masonry, and measured accent bands to organize the larger elevations. Tropical planting is integrated with the façade rather than applied as a separate layer.
